Workers Directorate
The worker’s directorate is in charge of overseeing the well-being of workers of the Church. Our vision is to raise a spirit-filled and vibrant workforce with leadership qualities for the Kingdom of God.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Keep an up to date record of all church workers
- Handling workers posting, transfers within the church.
- Liaise with Pastor for transfers to another church.
- Organizing workers trainings, seminars , retreats etc.
- Liaise with ushers in keeping data on workers attendance during vigils and Fresh Fire Meetings.
- Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Pastor.

- Oversee to welfare of the work
